   • If the purchased ready-made qipao has non-quality issues (such as dislike, wrong size, etc.), buyers must apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
   • In such cases, buyers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
   • The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

2. Return and Exchange Policy for Customized Qipaos

   • Once a customized qipao order is confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality issues.
   • Please carefully confirm your size and style before placing your order to ensure the received product meets your expectations.
